Delete your account

The fastest way is in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. That removes your account immediately, no waiting on us.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: email, display name and avatar.
• All training sessions, scores, Brain Score history, streaks and milestones.
• Friend connections, challenges and anything you posted.
• Your push notification token.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Residual copies in encrypted backups age out shortly afterwards. Mailing list subscriptions are separate — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us.

If you can't sign in

Use the form below. We'll email the address you give us to confirm you own it before deleting anything, so submitting this form does not delete your account on its own.
